Warm Apple Pie Cocktail


  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 8 whole allspice
  • 1 cup Rum
  • whipped cream and ground cinnamon for garnish

Add apple cider, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice to a heavy saucepan. Bring to a gently boil, lower heat to simmer and simmer 10 minutes. Strain out spices and stir in rum. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.

Fall Cocktail Recipes

Candy Corn Martini

For the candy corn vodka:

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla vodka
  • 1/3 cup candy corn

For the martini:

  • 3 ounces candy corn vodka
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces ginger ale
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • extra candy corn for garnish

For the candy corn vodka:
To make the candy corn vodka, pour the vodka into a glass measuring cup. Add in the candy corn. Refrigerate the vodka for 3 hours.
Remove the vodka from the fridge, pour through a strainer and discard the solids.
For the martini:
Add a handful of ice into a martini shaker. Add the vodka, juice, ginger ale, and schnapps. Cover and shake well. Pour into two martini glasses. Add more candy corn in the bottom of each glass for garnish.

Boozy Pumpkin Milkshake


  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 ½ ounces Vanilla Vodka 
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Pinch cloves
  • Whipped cream to garnish
  • Cinnamon stick to garnish

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend! Pour and top with whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Spiced Cider Margaritas


  • 5 ounces spiced apple cider
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • .5 ounces Grand Marnier
  • 1.5 ounces mescal or gold tequila
  • For garnish: (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices

Start by rimming the glass. In a small bowl, combine the raw sugar and cinnamon. Pour a splash of Grand Marnier into a separate bowl. Dip the rim of the glass in the Grand Marnier to moisten it, and then immediately dip the glass in cinnamon sugar. (You’ll have enough cinnamon sugar for about 4-5 cocktail glasses.)
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well combined. Pour over ice into your rimmed cocktail glass and serve.

Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule


  • ice
  • 4 ounces vodka
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup sparkling apple juice
  • 2 ginger beers
  • fresh cranberries for garnish

Fill two large glasses with ice. Add the Vodka and cranberry juice. Add the sparkling apple juice and then fill the rest of the way with the ginger beer. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.

Hard Apple Cider Sangria


  • 1 cup diced unpeeled green and red apples
  • 1 orange thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 peach thinly sliced
  • handful of raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup apple juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup apple brandy
  • One 22-ounce bottle hard apple cider, chilled
  • Ice
  • fresh mint leaves for decoration

Dice the apples into small cubes.
Using sharp knife slice the orange and peach as thinly as possible.
In a pitcher, combine the apples with the orange, peach, raspberries, apple juice, orange juice and brandy. Refrigerate for couple hours (minimum 3).
Just before serving, add the hard cider.
Serve over ice with fresh mint.
