Hatching Chicks Deviled Eggs

What You Need:

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Dash pepper
  • carrot chips
  • 24 capers

How To Make:

  1. Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each egg so it sits upright. Cut the top third from each egg and carefully remove yolks. Transfer yolks to a medium bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in cheese, salad dressing, mustard and pepper and keep mixing until blended. Carefully spoon mixture into the egg white bottoms. Place top of egg back on.
  3. Cut 24 small triangles for beaks from carrot chips. Press the capers into the filling for eyes. Refrigerate until serving.
