2 cans (20 oz each) Dole Crushed Pineapple
2 Tbsp sugar
Juice of one lime
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip Free, frozen
Pour both cans of pineapple and the juice into the blender. Add the sugar and lemon and lime juice, and the vanilla. Blend for a minute or two or until nice and smooth.
Gently fold in Cool Whip into the blender. Blend on high until combined and smooth. Mixture will be thick but still pourable. Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze for 2 or 3 hours.
The texture will be like softserve.
