You can follow Rachele on Instagram. And stay tuned here for her insights on LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. #FitFabStartsToday
Rachele is a realist too; don’t be mistaken that’s she’s all zen and striking beach yoga poses on the sand all day. Rachele is out there trying all the latest experimental solutions that many of us want to know about—from Cryotherapy to IV vitamin-injections to treatments like Coolsculpting. She’s a modern woman, yet very grounded.
A fun-loving, free-spirited OC gal, she’s always on the move (not to mention flexible beyond comprehension).
Rachele is a busy mom like the rest of us, trying to get by, keep up and do her best by her 8-year old daughter.
She has a competitive spirit, a passion for movement and extensive knowledge of the body, which is evident in her level of commitment. Rachele also maintains a vast network of experts in related fields to offer support during any fitness journey.

Welcome, Rachele, and thank you in advance for helping us better listen to our bodies, while also achieving our outward goals.Type your paragraph here.
Now before you go getting J for Jealous of her sun-kissed skin and beach-body beauty, know that she is as much about inside wellness, as outward strength and fitness.
Rachele’s gift is going beyond physiology; she delves into the why’s of what the body is telling us, deciphering why we do what we do and, ultimately, uncovering how we can be the best reflection of ourselves. “Listen to your body” is her favorite mantra—and, excitedly, the name of our new column.
